NVQ 3 HSC C&YP
New staff who need to gain their NVQ level 3 are registered with the awarding body. They receive support sessions run by the NVQ co-ordinator who will support them with evidence collection and research opportunities. Each NVQ candidate has a work based Assessor who observes their work practice and helps them to plan and generate the evidence required to achieve their award.
