The management team identifies through support and supervision the additional training needs of individual staff.

We are committed to, regularly exceeding expectations and the national minimum standards for children’s homes. It is our belief that improving the outcomes for looked after children is reliant on a more professional workforce. We welcome the government’s commitment to continuous staff development and increased professional recognition for all those who work within the sector of health and social care.
