Management & Support Team
The Management & Support Team consist of a dedicated director, an operations manager, training co-coordinator, head of education as well as finance manager, maintenance manager and housekeeper.

John Stamp
John graduated as a Music/ Arts Therapist BA Hons and began to work as a therapist with young people in Derbyshire. This developed into a role within residential social work, a management role in an 18 bed secure unit in Nottingham and eventually as Director of a private residential care company near Stockport.
For the past seven years John has acted as a consultant to the care sector, supporting this change and development at operational and strategic level. He still makes time to play guitar, walk the dog and run the odd marathon.

Kerry Ford
Turnaround was founded as a family business in 1996, but since Roger’s retirement in 2010 his daughter Kerry has taken over as director.
Kerry grew up with numerous foster brothers and was later registered as a respite foster carer. After travelling, working in London and starting her own family she began working at Turnaround from its inception and with her experience and skills she has progressed through the care staffing structure onto management and administrative roles.
She has recently graduated in BA (Hons) Business Management.
