Qualifications

At Turnaround we have a well qualified and experienced staff team (CWDC Induction Standards and NVQ Level 3). Additionally we have experienced and qualified outdoor instructors, including Mountain Leaders , BCU coaches, Climbing instructors, Mountain bike leaders and white-water rafting guides. This ensures that we are able to offer a wide variety of outdoor activities to the young people in our care.

Turnaround requires all staff members attend outdoor training to gain experience in adventure activities, which enables them to build towards gaining approved qualification in the future.

All outdoor qualifications are gained through NGB recognised courses, and in house training from our qualified staff.

Turnaround is fully registered through AALA.
